IMMEDIA app now available to support personalised wellbeing

Developed by ZADIG within the EU-funded IMMEDIATE project, the IMMEDIA app supports users in understanding how lifestyle factors such as stress, sleep, nutrition and physical activity influence their wellbeing.

IMMEDIA is designed to help users better understand how lifestyle factors such as stress, sleep, nutrition and physical activity can influence their health. Based on users’ profiles and responses, the app provides personalised information and science-based recommendations.

Users can:

  • track lifestyle habits, stress levels and bowel movements;
  • learn more about their microbiota and overall wellbeing;
  • receive personalised feedback and health-related tips.

IMMEDIA is privacy-focused, ad-free, GDPR- and MDR-compliant, and available in multiple languages and health pathways. The app was developed to support citizens in preventing chronic inflammation and making informed choices about their health.

The app is available for download through the relevant app stores. Find out more and download IMMEDIA via the official app page.

The IMMEDIATE project investigates the links between diet, the microbiome, metabolites and the immune system, with the aim of better understanding health-to-disease transitions and supporting personalised prevention.
